Detox And Remineralize

Juice of 1 Lemon

2 tsp Celtic Sea

1 tsp Red Maca

16 oz Spring Water (warm)

1 tsp Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade

1 tsp Chia Seeds (soaked over night)

Pea size serving of Shilajit OR 3-7 drops Fulvic Acid

Directions:

blend all ingredients and drink!

Staying Hydrated

It’s important that you stay hydrated throughout the day.  The salt will make you thirsty and will make water more readily available to your cells.  Also, the water will help aid in the detoxification by pushing all the gunk through your intestines.  I recommenced at least 3-4 liters of water a day.  It’s incredible important to say hydrated while doing any sort of detoxification of the body.  Adding in pinches of Celtic Sea Salt allows for better cellular hydration and will make your body crave water like it should.
