How To Block Estrogen Fast And Naturally

Estrogen Overview

Too much Estrogen can cause a whole host of problems for males.  Many male hormonal issues stems from too much estrogen and not enough testosterone.  In fact, testosterone is a mans best friend and one should not try to suppress it. Rather, males experiencing hormonal type of issues should work on increasing testosterone while decreasing estrogen.  Testosterone is what makes men “men” and estrogen is what makes women “women”.  Testosterone is needed in order for a male to be healthy and happy.

Aromatase is a precursor to estrogen.  Consequently, when we block the production of aromatase, we then stop the production of estrogen.  Simply put; estrogen is a by product of aromatase.  Below, I’ve outlined some important herbs and foods that will help block aromatase which will lead to more free testosterone and less estrogen.  I’ve also provided you with a link (affiliate) to buy the herbs from a trusted supplier!

Nettle Root

Estrogen

Nettle root is often used in many prostate medications due to its ability to to shrink an enlarged prostate. It contains natural aromatase inhibitors 3,4-Divanillyltetrahydrofuran and Secoisolariciresinol. Nettle root is also able to increase free testosterone in males because of its action on SBHG (sex binding hormone globulin).  As men age, more testosterone gets bound to SBHG, and as a result, less testosterone is “free” in the body.  However, nettle root has the ability to bind itself to SBHG while freeing up any testosterone that may be bound to it.  This allows for more “free” testosterone in the body because of its unbinding to the SBHG.  Furthermore, unlike testosterone replacement therapy, nettle root just releases whats already in the body, it does not add.  It also corrects DHT/Testosterone/Estrogen balance in men.

Furthermore, you can squeeze your own orange juice in the morning to take advantage and make use of this potent bioflavonoid.
